Great Falls construction had the challenge of creating five parking spaces on a three-bay footprint while creating an open and dramatic “man cave” design to a new, stand-alone carriage house. With 14’ ceiling there was room to loft additional cars up into the otherwise wasted space above ground.
The solution was a custom Carloft from Harding Steel. The system integrated two vehicle platforms with a four-post frame system that holds the platform more than 8’ above the floor. The system is all electric, easy to operate, and extremely safe. Heavy duty chains provide the lifting.
