The Janey
With its 20-foot ceilings, The Janey I, located in Portland’s highly desirable Pearl District, accommodates vehicles with three levels of above grade CARMATRIX parking. Installation of this mechanized stacker system not only consolidates the space required to park an allotted number of cars, it gives tenants easy access to their vehicle while providing an additional measure of security. Intent on reducing the physical footprint needed for parking in the second phase of this project, The Janey II, was designed with a 13-foot pit allowing a two-levels-up and two-levels-down CARMATRIX configuration.
