20 on Hawthorne
The four-story 20 on Hawthorne is a showcase of green building technologies in the heart of Portland’s vibrant Hawthorne neighborhood. Because developers were working toward LEED certification, tenant parking became a critical challenge. Rather than digging deeper underground to create multi-level parking or even more costly, above ground parking requiring more land, the team opted to use existing below-grade space fitted with the easily adaptable Harding CARMATRIX system.
