THE PARKER
The Parker, which occupies an entire block in Portland’s Pearl District, required a highly efficient parking system for a large number of vehicles in varying sizes; on-demand access to cars was non negotiable. The decision was made to dig a one-level pit that would allow operation of Harding’s subterranean parking systems. With a simple key insert, tenants access their vehicle from a simple up/down platform. Ease of use, affordability, and 100 vehicles parking in the space of 50—each objective wholly satisfied with the implementation of Harding systems.
