Phil Harding, Chairman and CEO
Growing up in the parking lift business, Phil Harding carries on the company's reputation of excellence. After obtaining his law degree from the University of Denver, Phil entered private practice while remaining closely connected to the family business. In 1999, Phil was named Chairman and CEO. Phil oversees the legal, financial, contracting, and corporate marketing functions at Harding Steel from our corporate offices in Denver, Colorado.

Jim Myers, President and COO
Jim Myers was named President and Chief Operating Officer of Harding Steel in 2005, after four years as the firm's master distributor in the mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets. Jim manages corporate operations including sales, marketing, product development, manufacturing, accounting and field operations. Jim is a veteran of Washington D.C.'s high-technology industry, with more than 25 years of experience managing, building and creating innovative software and technology-related businesses. In 2000, Jim entered the world of mechanical and automated parking as an investor and industry advocate; later becoming the founder and CEO of Parking Innovations, Inc. Jim is widely respected in the parking lift industry for his design and application expertise. Jim holds a BA and MBA from the University of Rochester (NY).

Ryan Myers, Vice President

Ryan Myers serves as Executive Vice President for Harding Steel and is responsible for commercial business development nationwide. He also overseas factory relationships, product development, marketing, and subcontractor relationships. Ryan joined Harding Steel in 2007 with extensive experience in automotive retail and service operations which contributed to his passion for client and customer service. In the decade since Ryan joined Harding Steel he has been instrumental in the increased demand for mechanical and automated parking systems coast to coast.  His industry focus is on multifamily and commercial developments nationwide helping to solve complex parking challenges that can make or break a project. Ryan has been instrumental in the tremendous growth not only of Harding Steel, but of the mechanical parking industry as a whole. Ryan brings a tremendous technical working knowledge of every parking system manufactured by Harding Steel and is a passionate expert within the industry. He is a graduate of Radford University in Virginia.

Don Pomeroy
Don Pomeroy is the National Project Manager for Harding Steel. He manages each project lifecycle, from initial design through commissioning, as well as handling machine quality control, product support, and maintenance after the machines are in service. Relatively new to the industry, Don joined Harding Steel at the beginning of 2018 with a background in manufacturing and machinery.  Immediately prior to working for Harding Steel Don spent five years working in an auto parts plant, first as a project manager for plant construction and upgrades, and then supervising the maintenance and production-readiness for hundreds of CNC machines, Robots, and integrated plant systems. He has brought a commitment to quality, attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement with him. Before his time in the automotive industry, he spent four years working in the defense industry doing design, prototype production, and testing for several DOD customers. Don earned degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Spanish from the University of Virginia.
